Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turnaround-time. Once shipped, expect a 3-7 business day transit time.

Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via : support@615transfers.com

PICK UP: 

You will receive an email when your order is available for pick up.

Pick up hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
